Printed Thinking… is a public research journal exploring publishing as a creative and critical practice within contemporary photography. It sits at the centre of my long term research project Publishing as Practice, which examines how magazines, photobooks and other printed formats operate not simply as containers for images, but as sites of artistic thinking, experimentation and discourse.
The platform functions as an open workspace: a place to document research, test ideas, reflect on process, and share writing, references and publishing experiments as they unfold. Alongside formal academic outputs, Printed Thinking… makes the research visible in real time, foregrounding publishing as both method and subject.
